2. Offer Inclusions: The $199 Cleaning + home bleaching dental offer includes a take-home bleaching kit with custom-fitted trays and bleaching gel.
3. Consultation Requirement: Before receiving the bleaching kit, patients must undergo a dental examination and consultation to determine their suitability for home bleaching. Additional dental treatments may be recommended based on individual oral health needs.
4. Treatment Plan: A customized treatment plan will be developed for each patient, outlining the recommended bleaching regimen and any supplementary dental care required.
5. Payment: Payment of $199 is due at the time of scheduling the initial examination and scaling treatment, the bleaching trays may need to be delivered in a separate session. This fee covers the cost of the bleaching kit and Custom Trays.
